I'M BACK!!

For those of you who follow or check out my page and haven't seen any recent posts, SORRRYYY!!!
I've been CRAZY busy #LikeCray ... Just with myself & my routine. I have been making amazing progress! Little by little I'm growing (and shrinking), and getting closer to my goals :)

While I sit here gnawing on my green beans & sweet tater (yummers), I'm really reminiscing on the past couple of months and ALL the support I've gained and received from friends and family, AND from my uuhhhmazing AdvoCare team! Y'all are making my life so so great right now and i cant thank you enough. My dreams are coming true & becoming a reality. I'm absolutely loving every second of my new life and even though it takes a lot of self motivation, and determination, I would NOT have been able to get to this point without all the love and support. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!

MEAL PREP/FOOD

Alright ladies & gents, let's talk FOOD! 

Food is vital to a healthy diet and lifestyle but it's important what kind of foods you eat.
I'm sure everyone has heard the term 'Clean Eating' but not a lot of people know what it is.
Basically it's this:
          -Nothing processed or 'Instant' (for me, if I didn't make it, I don't eat it)
          -Anything that grew out of the ground (fruits &veggies...durr)
          -Lean meats & proteins (fish, chicken, eggs, turkey, game meat, lean beef...etc)
          -I eat a TON of fruits & veggies, you have to have them!
          -I indulge in peanut butter & avocados- healthy fats... right? ;)
          - water Water WATER!!!!! Pop & sugary drinks are a big fat NOPE I replace it with Spark

YES, ya'll... it is okay to treat yourself now & then. You can't deprive yourself of everything BUT you can find healthier alternatives that will curb your cravings.. I promise!! Don't throw all your hard work down the drain... it's better to TRAIN yourself to eat the way you're supposed to. 
Getting on track is HARD but getting off track and trying to get back on is even HARDER.

I'm big on meal prep. It's easy & keeps you on track.
I think people turn away from this because they think it is expensive, but in reality it's not at all... (coming from a college student who can still afford bills & AdvoCare products) #yes #Iwentthere 
The greatest part is, you can spend an hour or two ONE DAY out of the week (Sunday makes the most sense) and cook an entire weeks worth of meals and just take em, and go! No need to worry about what you're gonna eat that day or worrying about getting off track... It's all there, ready to heat up & munch.

Wally-World has these nifty little divided-containers that are like $1.?? and come in a pack of 3... hellurr?! How simple is that?! Buy 2 or 3 packs and you have the perfect sized holder for your precious food!

Don't laugh at my lack of toning- trust me I know it's pitiful! But ya gotta start somewhere, right? 
Nonetheless, had a good arm day- pushin it a little harder next time ;)

Almost there!!

So as of February 1st up until now, I am 3 pounds away from my first 15 pound goal!!! WHOOP!!
I didn't start using AdvoCare until recently- so most of this progress has been completely on my own.
I can only imagine where I'll be at the end of my 24... yes... it will be #EPIC. 

AdvoCare has completely changed my game & has revamped my weight loss method and I couldn't be more impressed OR happy about the results they've been giving me! Mainly the way I feel, which is HUGE when you're go-go-go like mwahh ;) 

I will be posting my methods, tips, and tricks soon, so keep up!

Cleanse Update!

So I am currently on day 5 of the 'cleanse' phase of my AdvoCare 24 Day challenge and so far, so good!
It's been fairly easy, very simple to follow. 
The diet portion hasn't been hard for me at all since I already eat clean (not hard, folks! seriously.) 
I am feeling great- soooo much energy and just feeling healthy.
For those of you worried about toilet time (just bein blunt now LOL) this cleanse is VERY uneventful, so no need to worry about rushing to the can! #yourewelcome ;)

If you yourself are doing the 24 Day Challenge- KEEP IT UP! You got this!
